Resumen: La Ley 15/2015, de 2 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Voluntaria introduce en la Ley del Notariado de 28 de mayo de 1862, entre otros preceptos, el capítulo V en los que se regula el “expediente de subasta notarial”.
Tras distinguir entre subastas obligatorias y voluntarias se estudian los presupuestos necesarios para la tramitación de este expediente, cómo se desarrolla, la celebración de la subasta que tiene forma electrónica y la suspensión del expediente.

Abstract: Law 15/2015, of July 2, of the Voluntary Jurisdiction introduces in the Law of Notaries of May 28, 1862, among other precepts, chapter V in which the “notarial auction procedure” is regulated.
After distinguishing between mandatory and voluntary auctions, the necessary budgets for the processing of this file are studied, how it is developed, the holding of the auction that has electronic form and the suspension of the procedure.
