Resumen: L’identità della persona è un elemento essenziale e distintivo del suo patrimonio individuale e costituisce un vero e proprio diritto. Con questo contributo si ha l’opportunità di riflettere sul tema della tutela dell’identità del figlio, in particolare del figlio nato o da madre anonima e del figlio nato con inseminazione eterologa e sul problema dell’identità nell’ipotesi della donazione di gameti. Inoltre si analizzerà il problema del bilanciamento del diritto all’identità del minore con altri diritti o interessi rilevanti.

Abstract: The identity of the person is an essential and distinctive element of his individual heritage and constitutes a real right. With this paper there is an opportunity to reflect of the issue of protecting the identity of children, in particular of the child born or anonymous mother and the child born with insemination heterologous and the problem of the identity of the gamete donation. Also we analyze the problem of balancing the right of identity of the child with other relevant rights or interests.
