RESUMEN: La solidarietà tra coniugi, quale valore ordinamentale, trova ampia applicazione nel regime della comunione legale nel momento in cui i beni della comunione rispondono di tutti i pesi ed oneri gravanti su di essi all’atto dell’acquisto, di tutti i carichi dell’amministrazione, delle spese per il mantenimento della famiglia e per l’istruzione e l’educazione dei figli, di ogni obbligazione contratta dai coniugi, anche separatamente, nell’interesse della famiglia e di ogni obbligazione contratta congiuntamente dai coniugi.

ABSTRACT: Solidarity between spouses, as a legal value, finds wide application in the legal community of property when the community property is liable for all the burdens and charges imposed on it at the time of purchase, for all the burdens of administration, for the costs of maintaining the family and for the education and upbringing of the children, for any obligation contracted by the spouses, even separately, in the interest of the family and for any obligation contracted jointly by the spouses.
