Resumen: En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis de las medidas y de los medios de apoyo en el ámbito sucesorio que se contemplan en la Ley 8/2021. Los preceptos afectados por la reforma utilizan distinta denominación considerando que las medidas pueden referirse principalmente a las que puede facilitar una persona, pero no de forma excluyente, ya que también incorpora los medios (entendidos como instrumentos tecnológicos), y los medios (centrados en instrumentos técnicos para facilitar la comprensión y redacción), aunque también se refiere a medios humanos alguno de los preceptos. Consideramos que debería haberse utilizado una única denominación bien medidas, bien medios para evitar una interpretación de los preceptos. Junto a ello, también se analiza la Ley 6/2022, en el que se incluyen los medios tecnológicos. También se hará referencia a la inteligencia artificial como herramienta para mejorar las condiciones de las personas con discapacidad y el otorgamiento del testamento teniendo en cuenta la Ley 15/2022.

Abstract: In the present work is done an analysis of the measures and means of support in the field of succession that are contemplated in Law 8/2021. The precepts affected by the reform use a different denomination, considering that the measures can refer mainly to those that a person can provide, but not exclusively, since it also incorporates the means (understood as technological instruments), and the means (focused on instruments techniques to facilitate understanding and drafting), although some of the precepts also refer to human resources. We consider that a single denomination should have been used, either measures or means, to avoid an interpretation of the precepts. Along with this, Law 6/2022, to establish and regulate cognitive accessibility and its conditions of demand and application, which includes technological means. Reference will also be made to artificial intelligence as a tool to improve the conditions of people with disabilities and the granting of wills taking into account Law 15/2022.
