Resumen: Il saggio analizza il legato di uso o di abitazione a favore del convivente. Partendo dall’analisi storica dell’istituto, si esamina l’evoluzione normativa e sociale del legato di uso o di abitazione a favore del convivente anche in relazione alla Legge n.76/2016.

Abstract: The essay analyzes the legacy of use or dwelling in favor of the cohabitant. Starting from the historical analysis of the institution, it examines the normative and social evolution of the legacy of use or dwelling in favor of the cohabitant also in relation to the Law n.76/2016.
