Resumen: La ciudadanía vive en el permanente acecho de su integridad personal y patrimonial. El crimen organizado avanza de modo indetenible y por ello, se requiere, desde la academia, plantear insumos para un análisis y comprensión más integral y estratégico. El presente estudio aporta en ello, además de contrastar la experiencia comparada de diversos países de América Latina, se precisan los avances y desafíos que permitan optimizar las estrategias del sistema de justicia.

Abstract: Citizens live in a permanent stalking of their personal and patrimonial integrity. Organized crime advances unstoppably and therefore, it is necessary, from the academy, to provide inputs for a more comprehensive and strategic analysis and understanding. This study contributes to this, in addition to contrasting the comparative experience of various Latin American countries, it specifies the progress and challenges that allow optimizing the strategies of the justice system.
